About PricePerPiece.com
How to count the unit price of goods sold in multi-packs? - PricePerPiece.com is a web app for comparing the cost per item or price per piece of goods. Coded in HTML and JavaScript, the price comparison app is easy-to-use. Users can access the app using desktops, laptops, netbooks, tablets or mobile devices to compute the unit price. By entering the shop name and item's brand, number of pieces and price information in the respective fields, users can determine the price per piece or item. By default, the price is in dollars; but results can be applied to any other decimal currency.
The privacy of your input is guaranteed, since the data you enter actually never leaves your phone, tablet or PC.
Did you ever notice that items sold in multi-packs are not necessarily cheaper than when sold per piece? That, instead of increasing the price, the manufacturer had reduced the number of pieces of the article? That the supposedly "free can" of extra product actually costs more per piece?
Be on your guards! Use PricePerPiece.com to calculate exactly the real unit price and compare the results for each item. The cheapest item will automatically show inside the yellow border box after you calculate 2 or more items. Defy the traps of marketing and advertising and be a smart consumer!
